About the Role
Weareseekingadynamicandresults-drivenKeyAccountManager(KAM)toleadandgrowourbusiness.Thisroleisresponsiblefordevelopingstrongrelationshipswithkeyopinionleaders(KOLs),healthcareprofessionals,andstrategicaccountsinthetherapeuticarea.Theidealcandidatewillhavesolidexperienceinpharmaceuticalsalesandastrongentrepreneurialmindset.
Key Responsibilities
Key Account Management
- Buildandmaintainstrong,long-termrelationshipswithKOLsandkeyaccounts.
- Identifyuniqueneeds,opportunities,andchallengesofkeycustomers.
- Developandimplementaccountstrategiestoenhancecustomersatisfactionandloyalty.
- Actasthe“entrepreneur”forassignedaccounts—translatingcompanyobjectivesintoactionableterritoryplans.
- Overseesalesplanning,forecasting,inventorymanagement,andon-groundstrategyexecution.
Business Development
- Collaboratewithsalesandmarketingteamstoidentifynewbusinessopportunities.
- Developinnovativestrategiestopromoteproductsalignedwithcompanygoals.
- Achieveassignedsalestargetsandbusinessobjectives.
Product & Market Expertise
- Maintainin-depthknowledgeofcompanyproductsandtherapeuticareas.
- ProvideaccurateandtimelyproductinformationtoKOLs
- Conductmarketanalysistoidentifygrowthopportunitiesandmonitorcompetitoractivities.
- Monitorindustrytrendsandmarketconditionsrelevanttoplasmaderivedmedicinalproducts
Negotiation & Contract Management
- Negotiateandrenewcontractsandagreementstoensuremutuallybeneficialoutcomeswithstakeholders.
- Manage(Tenders,LPO,LampiranQ),andcoordinationwithdistributorsandBumiagents.
Collaboration & Compliance
- Workcloselywithmarketing,medical,sales,andregulatoryteamsforseamlesscoordination.
- Ensureallactivitiescomplywithpharmaceuticalregulationsandcompanypolicies.
Reporting & Insights
- Prepareregularreportsonkeyaccountperformance,salesforecasts,andmarkettrends.
- Presentbusinessinsightsandstrategicbusinesssolutiontomanagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’sDegreeinBiomedicalScience,LifeSciences,Biology,Pharmacy,Marketing,orrelatedfield.
- Minimum5years’experienceinpharmaceuticalsalesorkeyaccountmanagement(Private&GovernmentKeyHospitals)
- ExperienceinHematology,Oncology,orNeurologyisanadvantage.
- Strongstrategicthinking,planning,andnegotiationskills.
- Proventrackrecordofmeetingorexceedingsalestargets.
- Entrepreneurialmindsetwithexcellentcommunicationandinterpersonalabilities.
- Familiaritywithtenderprocesses,LPO,andLampiranQpreferred.
- Knowledgeofpharmaceuticalindustrydynamicsandcompliancestandards.
- Willingtotraveloutstationasbusinessrequired
