Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies for supplement and personal care brands.
  • Conduct market research, competitor tracking, and consumer insight analysis to guide decision‑making.
  • Lead branding, campaign planning, and new product launches across pharmacy retail and digital channels.
  • Collaborate with the sales, regulatory, and creative teams to ensure consistent and compliant brand messaging.
  • Manage influencer collaborations, in‑store activations, and social media campaigns to strengthen visibility.
  • Analyze campaign data and sales performance to optimize marketing ROI.
  • Support product training and marketing material preparation for sales and pharmacy teams.
Requirements
  • Travel is required in this work.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, Nutrition, or related healthcare field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals, supplements, or personal care.
  • Strong creative thinking and data‑driven mindset — ability to balance science and emotion in branding.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Familiar with AI tools and technology for daily marketing tasks (e.g., content generation, analytics, design automation).
  • Healthcare professionals (Pharmacists, Nutritionists, Dietitians, Nurses) who wish to transition into marketing are highly encouraged.
