Successful candidates will assist customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience while achieving sales targets. Immediate availability and flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends, are essential. Positions available at two outlet locations: Lalaport BBCC and Sunway Velocity Mall.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in providing the best customer experience, including speaking to guests and offering advice in colour, fit and silhouette to best suit their needs.
• Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure that all merchandise is available in all colours, sizes and quantities.
• Prepare and upkeep a clean shopping environment on the floor, in the fitting rooms and outlet.
• Receiving and processing new stocks, replenishments, returns, damages and transfers, as well as supporting all stock‑take exercises.
• Cashiering duties using POS system to process payments, ensuring all payment amounts are accurate with order.
• Proactive and polite in serving customers.
• Achieving sales target.

Job Requirements

• Open to SPM holders, Fresh‑grad and above.
• Senior / experienced candidate will be priority.
• Individual who are good attitude and passionate about retail and service industry are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in English and Malay language.
• Passionate about fashion, retail, and enjoy serving customers.
• Comfortable with flexible work schedule and shift to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Must be able to work in both 2 outlets.
• Must be able to accept the switch of working in 2 outlets.
• Able to start work immediately.
• Good attitude, willing to learn and hardworking.
