You will be responsible for acquiring and activating F&B merchants to meet sales targets, maintaining an accurate sales funnel, and providing field insights to enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities

• Acquire and activate F&B merchants across assigned areas to meet outlet sign-up targets.
• Prioritise high-potential outlets and explore underserved sub-areas.
• Maintain and regularly update the sales funnel for accurate forecasting.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of merchant paperwork.
• Record and report on field observations and merchant/competitor feedback.
• Identify competitor activity and recommend quick-win actions.
• Support account management and cross-functional teams.

Job description

• Acquire and activate F&B merchants across your assigned areas (phone, online or face‑to‑face) to meet outlet sign‑up targets.
• Prioritise high‑potential outlets and explore underserved sub‑areas for expansion.
• Maintain and regularly update the sales funnel (pipeline hygiene, status updates, conversion notes) to ensure accurate forecasting and progress tracking.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of all merchant paperwork, onboarding forms and reports.
• Record and report on on‑ground insights and merchant/competitor feedback (field observations, merchant needs, win/loss reasons), escalating actionable items to the team.
• Identify competitor activity and recommend quick‑win actions to protect and grow our presence.
• Support account management and cross‑functional teams with handovers and merchants follow‑through.
