Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in corporate banking or commercial banking.
  • Preferably a Certified Credit Professional or passed the Omega’s CSA.
  • Driven and organized with strong relationship management skills.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage & service existing relationships for the assigned corporate loan portfolio.
  • Increase depth of relationship and manage customer's needs to achieve an acceptable level of RAROC in line with agreed business plan
  • Develop and acquire new relationships to row Group Corporate Banking's balance sheet and P&L.
  • Timely periodic review of the assigned portfolio to preserve loan quality.
  • Undertake timely assessment on any relevant adverse market news and/or unsatisfactory account conduct, which may affect the credit profile of the borrowers and implement appropriate strategy to alleviate loan losses.
  • Managing the inter-divisional relationship to assist in delivering good customer service and maintain customer loyalty.
  • Deliver excellent service standard and trouble shoots problems & complaints from clients to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • "First-to-know" with regards to corporate market development by maintaining regular customer visitation/contacts.
  • Participate in account planning with Client Coverage Team and collaborate with other product partners where appropriate to maximize profitability of client group.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in corporate banking or commercial banking at an established financial institution.
  • Preferably a Certified Credit Professional or have passed the Omega’s Credit Skill Assessment (CSA)
  • Good marketing / business prospecting, negotiating and interpersonal skills.
  • Driven, organized and possess strong relationship management skills.
