Overview

Responsibilities

• Responsible for new product formulation developments with technical studies, ensure product formulation complies with the company’s quality standards, stability requirements and product performance.
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing teams to develop products that meet customers’ requirements, including developing the formula according to expected texture, odor and sensory & actives concepts proposal.
• Corporate well with internal departments to provide technical support to marketing, QC and production on production scale up, customer complaints, corrective actions and other R&D related matters.
• Responsible for raw material evaluations, process modifications with manufacturing facilities and troubleshooting the formulation.
• Drive the projects assigned independently with good project management and minim supervision.
• Discipline in documentations generation and maintenance.
• Undertake other related tasks directed by the superior.
