Responsibilities
  • Conduct legal research and prepare internal legal memorandums and regulatory updates.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and legal documentation.
  • Review and maintain internal policies, guidelines, templates and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist with day-to-day legal operations including document management, internal stakeholder queries, corporate secretarial matters and other administrative duties.
  • Support cross-functional projects, new business initiatives and ad hoc legal matters.
  • Assist in coordination with external counsel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) from a recognised university.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience; prior exposure to or interest in financial regulations or digital assets is a plus.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and professionalism.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take ownership of tasks, including routine and administrative work.
  • Positive, collaborative attitude with the ability to work well in a close-knit team and support cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and handle unfamiliar tasks in a fast-paced and evolving industry.
