Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and applications.
• Manage user email accounts and share-file permissions.
• Monitor systems and respond to IT incidents and service requests.
• Document issues, solutions, and IT procedures.
• Assist with system upgrades, backups, and security updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors when needed.
