A leading renewable energy company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an IT Support professional to deliver onsite support for hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate will have IT qualifications and experience in a large international organization. Responsibilities include configuring IT equipment for new joiners and managing service requests. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.

You’ll be part of Digital Device Support APAC where you, together with your colleagues, will be responsible for providing first- and second-line onsite IT support, managing IT user equipment, and ensuring a high level of user satisfaction. You’ll work closely with local and global teams to align with Ørsted’s IT governance and standards.
