A leading company in the water industry based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales Executive to enhance sales and customer relationships. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and must understand sales principles, customer service practices, and water filtration products. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing existing relationships, and delivering exceptional service. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the water filtration, water treatment, or related industry.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients.
Proficiency in MS Office
Negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with water filtration, water treatment products, systems, and water pumps.
Ability to understand and explain technical products to non-technical customers.
Other Requirements:
