IT Project Lead for Procurement System (Kuala Lumpur)

Our Client is a Top 3 Global Enterprise Business Application Provider and a leader of providing collaborative business commerce solutions. They are looking for a high calibre with solid experience in Procurement Systems to manage multiple Supplier Enablement projects. This position will focus on the eProcurement and eSourcing application solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a key point of contact with external parties, such as customers and suppliers. Build and maintain relationships with them
• Accountable for multiple projects content and strategy including Enablement Road Map, On boarding Plan, Catalog creation and maintenance, Contracts creation and maintenance, and data collection
• Liaise with internal and external key stakeholders
• Focus on customer satisfaction, meet and exceed targeted quality objectives
• Responsible for projects enablement in all angles, such as delivery, timeline, deployment, and risk mitigations, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or related disciplines
• More than 6 years of Project Management experience in eProcurement or eSourcing enablement projects
• Good knowledge of Procurement related processes, Catalog and Contracts Enabling Services Solutions, Procurement Deployment and enablement process
• Highly autonomous with capability to influence and motivate other stakeholders
• Excellent Customer service and Project Management Skills
• Strong communication skills in English
