You will oversee all hotel IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient technology operations that support hotel operations and enhance the guest experience. Responsibilities include managing IT infrastructure, providing support to all departments, and ensuring data security. The role requires overseeing technology budgets and coordinating with vendors for system maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain hotel IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.
• Ensure smooth operation of PMS, POS, finance, HR, and other hotel systems.
• Provide IT support to all departments and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Ensure data security, system backups, and compliance with corporate IT standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for system maintenance and upgrades.
• Monitor network performance, cybersecurity, and system integrity.
• Support implementation of new technologies and digital initiatives.
• Manage IT budgets, asset control, and technology inventory.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on IT systems usage.
