Join a lean, agile team where your expertise matters. In this role, you’ll manage critical infrastructure, solve complex challenges, and collaborate with Group IT on strategic initiatives—while having the freedom to recommend improvements and propose projects that enhance performance and security.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Infrastructure & Operations

• Administer servers, virtual machines, storage, backups, and patching to ensure reliability and performance.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for Windows Server, Active Directory, O365, and shared services.
• Deliver end-user support across corporate offices, sales galleries, and remote sites.

Network & Cybersecurity

• Manage and optimize network infrastructure: firewalls, switches, VLANs, VPNs, and Wi‑Fi.
• Monitor and strengthen cybersecurity posture through tools like XDR, SOC, Mimecast, and endpoint protection.
• Execute security awareness initiatives and proactive threat mitigation.

Virtualization & Performance

• Optimize VMware environments (vSphere, vCenter) and recommend improvements for scalability and resilience.
• Analyze performance trends and implement enhancements to strengthen reliability.

Business Continuity & Compliance

• Execute BCP/DRP strategies: backup, restore, and testing.
• Maintain compliance with Group IT standards and contribute to process improvements.

Projects & Collaboration

• Plan and deliver infrastructure enhancement projects, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Occasionally lead small project steps and provide informal guidance to colleagues.
• Contribute ideas and introduce best practices to improve processes and security.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science/IT.
• 5+ years in IT infrastructure management with exposure to network, server, virtualization, and cybersecurity.
• Strong VMware expertise and diagnostic skills in ESX environments.
• Experience in backup/recovery, vulnerability detection, and proactive threat mitigation.
