An IT Executive oversees and manages an organization's technology infrastructure, ensuring systems run smoothly, securely, and support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• System Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, equipment, and software.
• Infrastructure Management: Oversee enterprise systems like Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM, virtualization, and storage.
• Security Oversight: Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect data and systems.
• Process Optimization: Promote best IT practices and standardization across departments or locations.
• Strategic Leadership: Lead digital transformation initiatives and ensure IT aligns with business strategy.
• Budgeting & Procurement: Manage IT budgets and oversee procurement of technology resources.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certifications (optional but valuable): CompTIA A+ / Network+, ITIL Foundation, CISSP or CISM for security-focused roles, Others relevant to IT Management.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of networking, server management, and enterprise systems.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues efficiently.
• Communication: Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership: Experience managing IT teams and projects.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving tech environments.
