Overseeing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure

Includes hardware, software, and networking equipment to ensure efficient and secure operation.

Data Backup and Recovery

Managing and implementing data backup strategies, ensuring the regular and secure backup of critical business data, and developing disaster recovery plans for data restoration in case of system failure or data loss.

Database System Management, Maintenance, and Audit Control

Administering, maintaining, and optimizing database systems to ensure data integrity, availability, and security. This includes performance tuning, backups, and disaster recovery planning. Additionally, implementing audit controls to monitor database access, track changes, and ensure compliance with relevant security policies and regulations.

Installation and Maintenance of Network Security Systems

Installing and configuring network security solutions such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and intrusion prevention systems (IPS), and regularly monitoring and updating them to safeguard against cyber threats.

Planning and Management of Firewalls and CCTV Control Systems

Designing, configuring, and managing firewall systems to monitor and control incoming and outgoing network traffic based on predetermined security rules, ensuring the organization's network is protected from unauthorized access and attacks. Additionally, overseeing the installation, management, and maintenance of CCTV surveillance systems to enhance physical security and monitor premises in real time.

Providing IT Supporting to Staff

Assisting in troubleshooting technical issues, software and hardware installations, and ensuring the availability and functionality of systems critical to business operations.

Requirements

At least 2-3 years of experience in IT system maintenance.

Knowledge/experience in ISO27001 & CEH/SiSSP/SSCP/CASP is an advantage.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Mandarin is required, as this role will involve multi-reporting to the HQ Taiwan IT team.
