Job summary

A fintech company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Application Support Specialist. You will monitor and troubleshoot P2P applications, liaise with vendors to resolve issues, conduct UAT, and support cybersecurity initiatives. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in application support or vendor coordination, a diploma or degree in IT, and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.   • Track and analyze transaction performance and system logs.
  • Handle user requests and support (internal and external).
  • Support cybersecurity remediation by applying patches/configuration changes.
  • Participate in disaster recovery and backup planning/testing.
  • Provide input for weekly/monthly system performance reporting.
  • Maintain operational readiness documentation for audits.
