We are looking for a highly motivated professional to join our team as an IP Merchandise. This role involves cross-border collaboration with our Japan headquarters to select, procure, and promote lifestyle goods and stationery featuring popular IPs across Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Select and procure IP-based lifestyle products and stationery for franchisees and wholesale partners in Malaysia, Cambodia, and other SEA markets.
• Create and maintain product master data using the in-house system, and manage product acceptance processes.
• Develop product proposals and promotional ideas, and communicate them effectively to franchise partners.
• Coordinate with suppliers for product development, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Provide display and merchandising support for new store openings and seasonal campaigns.
• Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and optimize product strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising or distribution business related to IP (intellectual property) products.
• Hands‑on experience in sales, procurement, or distribution within the gaming or entertainment industry.
• Strong self‑motivated ability to think and act independently.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as a team.
• Honesty, humility, and friendliness.
