• Support financial analysis of potential acquisitions.
• Source off-market acquisition opportunities through networking.
• Support negotiation of purchase agreements and sale contracts.
• Assist in managing the acquisition process from initial negotiations to closing.
• Assist in preparation and review of transaction-related documents.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders.
• Assist in feasibility studies for potential acquisitions.
• Assist in identifying and evaluating risks associated with acquisitions.
