Responsibilities
- Provide a timely and accurate monthly PBH utilization report to PBH Contractors.
- Compile & track monthly PBH spend by individual PBH Contractor and region of operation.
- Compile & analyse quarterly DMC data for each type of helicopter by individual helicopter, Operator (Region) & Type of Operation. DMC data to include both PBH and non-PBH elements, and other related elements, e.g., transportation, taxes.
- Generate a status report to the management, including the monthly Operation Management Report, the monthly AOG performance report, and the annual analysis of AOG performance.
- Carry out analysis and review the availability of Critical Parts by monitoring the watchlist from AWM vs WAS stock.
- Establish critical stocks to be held by reviewing the weekly watchlist submitted by bases.
- Conduct analysis of inventory, including dead-stock and slow-moving stock at least once a year, and as instructed by management.
- Implement the stock review program and ensure stock levels and spares consumptions are updated periodically as laid down in the Supply Chain Procedures Manual (SCPM).
- Monitor usage data and any new project that will affect the stock levels and bring to the attention of your superior changes that are likely to affect the support of operations.
- Analyse Minimum Stock Level of Critical Spares based on consumption and reliability trends and highlight to the Material Planner for change to the replenishment plan.
- Monitor consignment stock, its usage, and replenishment performance as per contract.
- Generate purchase and pricing reports, supply chain analysis, and inventory management systems.
- Attend pre-input meeting and update on critical issue potential may happen during downtime. (International and domestic ops).
- Validate the Inventory Annual Closing Stock Count report to Finance.
- Analyse current year budget utilization data for the following year's annual budgeting process.
- Cultivate a positive attitude among staff in relation to all safety procedures and regulations as laid out in the company’s Safety Regulations.
- Carry out any other tasks given by Supply Chain management.
Qualifications
Academic qualifications & professional certificates: Degree in Engineering/Statistics/Supply Chain
Experience
Minimum 3 years in the Aviation industry in supply chain or as data analyst for other industries
Knowledge & skills required
MS Office, especially Excel, Writing Proposals, Presentation Skills, MS Teams, Business
