Job summary

A logistics and supply chain company in Malaysia seeks a Stock Controller to manage stock flow and maintain inventory records. Responsibilities include monitoring goods in and out, ensuring proper stock levels, and assisting with daily operations. Successful candidates should have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience or be fresh graduates with knowledge of inventory management. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required, with additional skills in Mandarin being an advantage. Must be willing to work overtime when necessary.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in warehouse/storekeeping preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge may be considered.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Control the flow of stock through the warehouse.
• Ensure proper filling and safekeeping of inventory records.
• Assist in daily routine tasks and carry out stock cycle counts.
• Handle warehouse operations including Delivery Orders.

Skills

Knowledge of inventory management and stock control

Ability to operate warehouse-related software

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word)

Good organizational and time management skills

Education

Minimum SPM or equivalent

Diploma in logistics, supply chain, or related field
