We are seeking a detail-oriented and multilingual Interpreter & Merchandising Staff to join our team at Komehyo Malaysia Sdn Bhd in our Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur office. This full-time position is crucial in providing seamless communication and exceptional customer experience to our diverse clientele.

What you'll be doing

• Act as an interpreter between customers and Japanese staff to ensure smooth communication.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls and WhatsApp messages.
• Perform product-related tasks, including cleaning, photographing and organizing items.

What we're looking for

• Proficiency in the Japanese language, with a minimum certification of JLPT N3 or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to work on a rotational shift schedule (five days per week, 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.).
• Educational background: Diploma or higher qualification.
