A leading sales company in Kuala Lumpur seeks a motivated individual to handle sales inquiries, cultivate client relationships, and implement retention strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales experience, and be fluent in Mandarin & English. Job Responsibility

• Respond to sales enquiry or request in a timely manner
• Develop relationship with potential clients by following up on inbound leads and making outbound emails/calls
• Design and implement customer renewals/retention strategies to increase loyalty and retain business
• Experience in Salesforce or any Customer Relation Management System
• Track leads and associated revenue, maintain and update sales database
• Present excellent knowledge in our products and services to prospective clients
• Be involved in developing and analyzing data to improve sales strategy and process
• Work efficiently and effectively on all Key Performance Indicators in line with company procedures and guidelines
• Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor

Job Requirements

• Experience in B2B Inside Sales preferred
• Experience in serviced office, service apartments or sales related industry is an advantage
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
