We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Information Technology & Digital Transformation Manager to lead our technology function and drive enterprise-wide digital initiatives. This role is responsible for leveraging digital, data, cloud, and cybersecurity capabilities to enable business growth, operational excellence, and future readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the organization’s digital transformation roadmap, driving modernization of systems, processes, and digital capabilities.

Develop and execute IT, digital, data, and cloud strategies aligned with business objectives.

Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity to ensure reliability, scalability, and resilience.

Champion data-driven decision making, including data governance, analytics, and reporting platforms.

Establish and enforce cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.

Partner with business leaders to identify and implement cost-effective digital solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.

Oversee IT and digital project delivery, budget planning, vendor management, and performance monitoring.

Build, lead, and develop a high-performing IT and digital team while promoting digital awareness across the organization.

Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of emerging technologies.

Ability to influence and educate non-technical stakeholders.

Authority

Plan and allocate resources for IT, ERP, applications and digital transformation projects.

Approve overtime, annual leave and gate pass.

Verify and approve purchase request, purchase order and invoice within allowed limit.

Competency & Qualification Required

Tertiary Qualification – Degree in Computer Science or IT related field or related working experience.

Excellent organisational and leadership skills.

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

Good prioritization skills and be flexible enough to adapt plans.

Effective communications and excellent interpersonal skills.

Excellent IT skills combined with a good head for business.

Excellent networking skills with vendors and service providers.

Minimum 8 years related working experience in the managerial level and preferable head of department.
