Job summary

A leading resources company in Selangor, Malaysia is looking for a dedicated individual to handle sales support and procurement tasks. The ideal candidate will prepare quotations, coordinate sales activities, and assist in sourcing materials. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia are essential, along with at least 2 years of related experience. Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree holder from a recognized University.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Experience in procurement and logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and required documentation.
• Provide sales support and coordinate sales activities.
• Handle sales inquiries and customer order status.

Job description

• Prepare the quotation and documentation requested by customer.
• Provide sales support and services and coordination for sales-related activities.
• To handle sales inquiries, maintain and update customer order status and keep track on all deliveries.
• To maintain proper filing system of all documents and correspondence.
• To assists in daily sourcing operations including sourcing material, price negotiation and follow up delivery.
• To perform any ad-hoc task and duties in relation to the job scope assigned by your superior from time to time.
• Able to work independently.

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree holder from a recognized University.
• Fluent in written and spoken in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. (We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking clients)
• Credit in physics, chemistry or mathematics will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Have some experience on procurement & logistics process.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Initiative and able to work with minimal supervision.
