  • Compliance and Task Completion: Adhere to the company's management system, follow instructions, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Customer Training and Service: Conduct customer training and provide services as required by the company, submitting project completion reports in a timely manner.
  • Setting Work: Complete the relevant setup work according to the company's and customers' requirements.
  • Customer Service: Perform customer service tasks as required by the company, maintain accurate records, and organize and file them promptly.
  • Complaint Management: Address customer complaints patiently and ensure they are recorded and handled in a timely manner.
  • Document Translation: Translate documents as needed to support the company's multilingual needs.
  • End User Trainings: Develop and deliver training sessions for end users to ensure they are proficient in using the company's products or services.
