Job Title

Implementation Manager - Airport Solutions

In this job you will:

  • Serve as technical lead or team manager for major implementation projects.
  • Develop and execute detailed implementation plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customer stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Provide guidance on upgrades, installations, and system architecture.
  • Facilitate customer testing phases and document requirements.
  • Conduct analysis and joint product design sessions.
  • Lead implementation and rollout of AMS or PPS products.
  • Support operations and customer service teams post-implementation.
  • For managerial roles: allocate tasks, track progress, monitor performance, and support team development.

About the ideal candidate:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years in implementing airport/airline projects; experience leading teams or mentoring others is valued.
  • Experience in software development or system integration.
  • Knowledge of Windows OS, version control, client/server architecture, hardware components, networking, and cloud computing.
  • Proven ability to lead and empower teams.
  • Effective communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Adaptable to different work styles and team dynamics.
  • Role may involve occasional international travel.
