Human Resources & Administration Executive
Hforce International Sdn Bhd is seeking a Human Resources & Administration Executive to support the Company’s people, compliance, and administrative functions at our operations in Gelang Patah, Johor. This role plays an important part in recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR compliance, and office administration to ensure smooth daily operations.
This position is a multi-role role, and the successful candidate is expected to be open to job rotation or cross-functional support as required to meet the Company’s operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Human Resources Operations
- Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and induction
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave administration
- Support payroll coordination by preparing HR inputs such as attendance, overtime, and leave records
- Coordinate employee training, development, and internal HR programmes
- Handle HR-related enquiries and support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Compliance & Employee Relations
- Ensure HR practices comply with Malaysia labour laws, Employment Act, and Company policies
- Assist in managing disciplinary matters, grievances, and employee relations issues
- Support HR audits, documentation, and reporting requirements
- Liaise with external agencies, where necessary, on HR-related matters
- Administration & Office Support
- Manage daily office administration including correspondence, office supplies, vendor coordination, and general office matters
- Support management with administrative documentation and coordination
- Assist in organising meetings, internal activities, and employee engagement initiatives
- Multi-Role & Job Rotation Support
- Provide cross-functional support or temporary job rotation to other departments when required to support operational needs
- Undertake additional administrative or coordination duties as assigned to ensure business continuity and efficiency
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR and/or administration
- Good knowledge of HR best practices and Malaysia labour laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Open-minded and adaptable to multi-role responsibilities and job rotation
