Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resource Generalist to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting key HR functions with a strong focus on employee onboarding, HR policy management, and payroll administration. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and committed to ensuring a seamless employee experience and operational compliance.

Responsibilities
Onboarding
  • Coordinate and facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
  • Prepare and distribute new hire documentation and ensure timely completion.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure all tools, equipment, and access are ready for new employees.
Policy Management
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational goals.
  • Assist in communicating and enforcing company policies across departments.
  • Support employee understanding of HR policies through training and ongoing communication.
  • Monitor policy effectiveness and recommend improvements as needed.
Payroll Administration
  • Process payroll accurately and on time in coordination with the finance team or payroll provider.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records, including timesheets, leave balances, and deductions.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and timesheets.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, labor laws, and company policies related to compensation.
