What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the day-to-day HR operations and ensuring efficient service delivery to internal and external stakeholders.
• Providing expert guidance and support on a range of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and training and development.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related challenges.
• Generating HR reports and analysing data to drive informed decision‑making.
• Mentoring and supporting junior HR professionals within the team.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a HR Supervisor or similar role, preferably within a consulting or generalist HR environment.
• Excellent knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and HR compliance requirements.
