  • Minimum 1 year experience in human resources (HR Operations / HR Admin / HR Systems / Office Management)

  • Proactive problem solver, able to work independently and drive HR projects to completion

  • Familiarity with payroll, HR policies, employee engagement, and learning & development is a plus

Location: Bandar Botanic, Klang

What You Will Do
  • Manage and maintain HR systems (HRIS) including employee data, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and reports; act as the system administrator for HR tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS, internal portals, Lark etc.)
  • Perform timely and accurate payroll administration & submit general HR Reports (attendance, leave, claim etc.)
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide insights for management
  • Handle employee onboarding & offboarding system setup (email, access cards, system access)
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, confirmations, and documentation
  • Support HR reporting, audits, and internal controls
  • Assist in HR SOP standardisation and documentation
  • Coordinate office facilities, building management, and vendors (cleaning, maintenance, security, pantry, utilities)
  • Handle daily office administration
  • Other ad‑hoc tasks related to HR and Administrations
