Job summary

A global IT services provider is seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations Executive in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will manage Attendance & Time processes, support onboarding, and resolve HR queries through a helpdesk system. Candidates should have 4-6 years of HR Operations experience, proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors, and strong communication skills. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, with immediate joining available.

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in HR Operations or related roles.
  • Experience in managing Helpdesk/Ticketing tools for large firms.
  • Strong understanding of local statutory and labor laws.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end Attendance & Time management processes.
  • Handle high ticket volumes and resolve HR queries.
  • Maintain and manage the Time and Attendance system.
