Job description
Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end payroll processing including salaries, deductions, overtime, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRD Corp)
  • Maintain timekeeping, attendance, leave, and employee records
  • Process new hires, resignations, promotions, and other employee changes
  • Manage foreign worker permits, passport renewals, and accommodation (hostel) arrangements
  • Ensure compliance with Employment Act, Malaysian labour laws, and internal policies
  • Prepare EA forms and Borang E for annual tax filing
  • Supervise admin staff and handle payroll/HR inquiries
  • Liaise with auditors and prepare payroll and statutory reports
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in payroll or HR administration
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Prior experience with Autocount Payroll preferred
  • Independent, strong communication, people management, and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Women-friendly working environment (Preferred)
