Job description

As an HR Generalist/Specialist in the company, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's human resources functions. Based in Kuala Lumpur, this full‑time position involves overseeing a range of HR responsibilities to support the growth and development of our dynamic organization.

What you’ll be doing
  • Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
  • Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as absences, bonuses, leaves and time attendance.
  • Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on career pages and process incoming resumes.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications.
  • Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies.
  • Provide administrative support for HR executives.
What we’re looking for
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or relevant field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field (HR related, administrative work).
  • Computer literacy, experience with MS Office applications, knowledge of Labor Legislation.
  • Preferably Junior/Senior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Candidate will act as a General HR for this job position.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Proficient in English; speaking Mandarin is an advantage.
