Overview

We’re Looking for an HR Executive (Training & Development)

Are you someone who enjoys helping people grow in their careers? We’re looking for an HR Executive to join our team and take the lead in training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Plan and organize training programs, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels.
  • Work closely with external training providers and HRD Corp to coordinate quality training sessions.
  • Support managers in developing On-the-Job Training (OJT) plans and ensure training records are properly managed.
  • Track and manage training budgets and claims while ensuring compliance with company and statutory requirements.
  • Keep training and development processes audit-ready and aligned with ISO/QMS standards.
  • Lend a hand in staff activities, events, and other HR-related projects as needed.
What We’re Looking For
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably with a focus on training and development.
  • Familiarity with HRD Corp processes and ISO/QMS documentation.
  • Good organizational and communication skills, and a genuine interest in people development.
