Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin with a strong focus on Learning & Development (L&D) to support employee training initiatives and HRDF-related matters. This role plays a key part in coordinating training programs, managing HRDF claims, supporting overall HR administrative function and supporting employer branding activities to enhance employee engagement and talent attraction.

Learning & Development
  • Coordinate and administer internal and external training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives
  • Manage HRDF (Human Resources Development Fund) processes, including grant applications, claims submission, documentation, and compliance
  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance lists, and learning reports
  • Liaise with training providers, internal stakeholders, and relevant authorities
  • Support training needs analysis and assist in planning annual training calendars
  • Prepare training-related reports and track training effectiveness
Employer Branding
  • Support employer branding initiatives such as career fairs, campus engagement, and recruitment marketing activities
  • Assist in creating and coordinating employer branding content (e.g. social media posts, internal announcements, employee activities)
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Marketing teams to enhance employer brand visibility
  • Support employee engagement activities, internal events, and culture-building initiatives
HR Administration
  • Provide general HR administrative support, including employee records, documentation, and HR data maintenance
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Hands-on knowledge and experience in HRDF application and claim processes
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR Admin, L&D, or Employer Branding roles
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation skills
  • Detail-oriented with good time management abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Preferred: Experience coordinating corporate training programs
  • Familiarity with LMS or training management systems
