A prominent beauty and wellness company in Malaysia is seeking a skilled HR professional to administer HR support services, including payroll and benefits. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, experience in payroll administration within the beauty or retail industry, and strong communication skills in English and Malay. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage. This role involves supporting employees, managing the onboarding process, and participating in HR initiatives.
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource support services including but not limited to payroll, benefits, leave, employee experience and performance management;
Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and manager but escalates complex and/or sensitive matters to the higher level.
Serves as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, providing guidance and assistance for HRMS support.
Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Executes daily functions following the established policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Manages employee onboarding process including pre-logistics are being taken care of prior to joining, communication to internal stakeholders on the program.
Participates actively in the yearly HR initiatives and any projects as assigned.
