We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team and support the full spectrum of HR generalist functions. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience, with strong expertise in payroll administration, end-to-end recruitment, and a willingness to work on HR analytics.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in creating and posting job advertisements across relevant platforms.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, organizing orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Employee Engagement
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Gather and manage employee feedback, assisting in resolving minor workplace concerns to maintain a positive work environment.
Payroll & HR Operations
- Manage and execute payroll processes accurately and in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee records and ensure timely updates in HR systems.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Learning & Development (L&D)
- Coordinate training programs and workshops to support employee development.
- Track and maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps and recommend suitable learning solutions.
HR Analytics
- Collect and analyze HR data to provide insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Prepare reports on recruitment, turnover, and other HR metrics.
General Administration
- Respond promptly to general HR inquiries from employees and managers.
- Provide support for ad-hoc HR projects and perform other duties as assigned to ensure efficient HR operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and recruitment processes.
- Experience or interest in Learning & Development initiatives.
- Analytical mindset and willingness to work on HR data and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate in Chinese to liaise with our Taiwan counterpart and to run payroll.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
