Job Summary

The HR Executive provides day-to-day support in HR operations across all divisions. This includes recruitment, employee documentation, payroll support, and training coordination. The role requires adaptability to manage both on-ground operational staff (ferry crew, jetty operators) and corporate staff (finance, telco, logistics).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end recruitment, including advertising roles, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, certifications, and work permits where necessary.
  • Assist in payroll preparation, allowances, and overtime management.
  • Coordinate training programs focused on safety (marine/telco), customer service, and compliance.
  • Support employee engagement activities across multiple business units.
  • Assist in ensuring company-wide HR compliance with statutory requirements.
Requirements
  • Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years HR experience.
  • Knowledge of shift-based workforce scheduling an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
