HR cum Admin Executive (Immediate Vacancy!)

We are a dynamic and fast-growing company, and we are looking for a dedicated HR cum Admin Executive to join our team! If you love organising, supporting people, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly, this role is perfect for you.

What You Will Do
Human Resources
  • Assist in recruitment: posting jobs, arranging interviews, onboarding new hires
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
  • Prepare HR letters (offer, confirmation, warning, etc.)
  • Support payroll process: OT, claims, allowances, deductions
  • Ensure compliance with labour law, EPF, SOCSO, EIS
  • Coordinate training, staff activities, and employee engagement
Administration
  • Manage office supplies, documents, emails, and filing
  • Handle phone calls, visitors, and correspondence
  • Organise meetings, schedule arrangements, and take minutes
  • Assist with procurement and vendor coordination
  • Support management with day‑to‑day admin tasks and reports
Who We Are Looking For
  • Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Admin or related field
  • 1–3 years HR/Admin working experience (preferred)
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Able to multi‑task and work independently
  • Positive attitude and willing to learn
  • Speak Mandarin/English/Bahasa Melayu to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders
