Responsibilities
- Handling recruitment process & conducting interview for below executive level position
- Preparation of letter of appointment, confirmation, warning, termination, increment, etc.
- Compile and update employee records.
- Preparing Report: Monthly Attendance Allowance Entitlement, Summary of OT & etc.
- Management of employee productivity & efficiency.
- Handling disciplinary processes.
- Handling offboarding process.
HR Development
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees (ie.: induction training).
- Administering internal/external training programs.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
- Maintaining records of employees’ participation in all training and development programs.
- Attend to all visitors and divert them to relevant PIC.
- Monitoring of stationery & groceries (stock level, distribution and re-ordering).
- Monitoring & renew license company vehicles insurance and road tax, VPN, etc.
- Handling courier services affairs (for other department use).
- Maintenance of equipment in both factory (punch card machine, finger print machine, air-conditioner, fire extinguisher, etc.).
- Monitoring for cleaning services.
- Handling key phone system & internet connectivity in both factories.
- Monitoring of bills/utilities.
- Handling company events and employee engagement activities (ei.: Hi-Tea, Annual Dinner, etc.).
- Handling of VABNAS backup (AOMEI).
- Monitor & update master list of infrastructure.
Safety and Health Management
- Administering safety and health programs.
- Key person for safety committee.
- Maintaining accident records.
Company Policy and Working Culture
- To ensure all the staffs work according to the company policy and culture.
Any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.

Qualification Requirement
- Education: Degree & above
- Good command and fluent in Languages of Malay & English (both communication & writing)
- Driving license – Class D
- Good in computer literacy (MS Word & MS Excel)
- Experience in handling safety-related is an added advantage
