We are currently looking for an HR & Admin Executive to join our team.

What You’ll Do
  • Human Resource: Handling full spectrum of HR functions including training, compensation & benefits, new staff onboarding, payroll and foreign workers matter.
  • Carry out employee benefits and welfare activities including Special Benefit Request, Leave Administrations, Medical expenses for panel & non-panel, etc.
  • Assist in the conduct of human resource audits and surveys to prepare reports with recommendations on remuneration and benefits, human resource functions, employee motivation and rewards, etc.
  • Assist in managing all compensation and benefits matters.
  • Training: Perform Training Needs Analysis, planning, organizing training courses and maintaining employees training records.
  • Carry out, maintain and improve training and development operations to enhance its effectiveness.
  • Handle training documentation for ISO.
  • Manage Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) for ALL Training (HRDF application, Training Grant, Training Claim, etc.).
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate impactful learning programs and initiatives, based on identified needs and industry best practices.
  • Take ownership of budget, timelines, and resources to ensure that learning initiatives meet quality standards and strategic objectives.
  • Maintain accurate learning records and analyze data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Administer and coordinate various in-house and external learning and development programs.
  • Organize and assist in talent development projects and activities.
  • Involve in staff orientation program and conduct briefing.
  • Administrative: Oversee office premises to ensure they are in good state of repair and maintenance at all times through liaison with service providers.
  • Ensure that office equipment and machinery such as air conditioners, lifts, furniture, etc., are well maintained and serviced regularly.
  • Oversee effective office security, including liaison with security providers, and ensuring adherence to factory and office security and safety policies for all staff and visitors.
  • Ensure correspondence, reports, filing and keeping records are consistent with company guidelines and procedures.
  • Administrative on company phone and SIM card.
  • Administrative support to the Human Resource Department on daily basis.
  • To perform ad hoc jobs required by superior from time to time.
What We’re Looking For
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource or equivalent.
  • At least 1-3 years working experience in the similar/relevant field.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates with Mandarin speaking will be an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent people management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt training methods to various learning styles and preferences.
  • High-integrity, passion and result oriented.
  • A high level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, address multiple interruptions and prioritize work.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
