A leading edible oils company in Malaysia is looking for a Human Resources Executive to manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll assistance, and employee training. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in HR or Business Administration with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law are advantageous. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities including scheduling interviews, preparation of offer letters and employment contracts.
Responsible for the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and induction for new hires.
Assist in payroll administration, including collecting and verifying attendance data, preparing monthly payroll inputs.
Coordinate and support employee training and development activities, including maintaining training records, and assisting in evaluating training effectiveness.
Support foreign worker management, including coordination of accommodation arrangements, handle foreign worker documentation matters such as permit, visa, and pass renewals, ensuring compliance with company and authorities requirements.
Maintain and update employee records.
Assist in organising company events and employee engagement activities.
Any other general office administration for the HR department including maintenance matters, housekeeping, purchasing, and etc.
Assist/handle any ad-hoc task assigned by superior or management from time to time.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good knowledge of the Malaysian Labour Law / Malaysian Employment Act would be an added advantage.
Experience in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
