The Head of Sales is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for the company. The Head of Sales will focus on market research, lead generation, client engagement, and strategic partnerships to expand the company’s market presence.

Krista is Malaysia's largest kindergarten chain and is also the operator of many corporate workplace childcare centres in Malaysia such as Airasia, CIMB, Ambank, MLNG, Pantai, Petronas Bintulu, Petronas Pengerang etc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and current client relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (corporate, branding and product development) to align business strategies.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to enhance visibility and build partnerships.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain records of all sales and prospecting activities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on business performance and growth plans.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Psychology, Early Childhood Education or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
