To strategize, develop, manage, implement, and maintain the adoption of the UAC IBS system, while achieving targeted sales volumes.
Organizational Structure
The role reports to the General Manager - Sales & Marketing and oversees a team including Senior Sales Engineers, the Assistant Manager - Project, and Project Sales Executives.
Nature and Scope
- Develop annual sales and gross-profit plans through marketing strategies, analyzing trends, and reviewing results across projects, retail, regions, and product systems.
- Supervise project supply and system quality by collaborating with R&D, Production, and Dispatch to ensure timely, high-quality delivery that meets site specifications.
- Lead project planning and progress reviews by coordinating with clients and internal teams, ensuring quality standards and maintaining strong client and consultant relationships.
- Execute sales strategies by creating field action plans and pricing approaches for private, government, and retail projects.
- Set and adjust pricing based on cost, competition, market trends, volume, and supply-demand dynamics.
- Manage product specifications by scheduling project teams and monitoring outcomes.
- Oversee site inspections by assigning teams and ensuring installations follow recommended methods.
- Guide technical teams in training new accredited installers to maintain installation quality and system standards.
- Evaluate contractor profiles and records, recommend accreditation within company policy, and manage agreement finalization.
- Build and maintain the project team through recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Stay updated professionally through workshops, publications, networking, and industry involvement.
- Ensure team performance meets standards through ongoing training, guidance, and activity monitoring.
- Monitor team performance using approved KPIs, measured by project numbers and sales volume against budget.
- Create and implement plans to expand market share for UAC IBS systems.
- Engage in roadshows, presentations, and regular visits to specifiers, developers, and contractors.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to develop new systems.
- Work closely with R&D to exchange knowledge and conduct system testing internally and externally.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer demands.
- Understand key customers, align product offerings, and nurture relationships with developers, consultants, and contractors.
- Responsible for the internal control system within the area of responsibility.

Principal Accountabilities
- Drive the growth of building systems such as SolidPanel, Drywall, Ceiling, and others.
- Manage and guide the marketing and site supervision teams.
- Promote building systems through roadshows, presentations, installation details, and site meetings.
- Continuously improve system knowledge by collaborating with R&D on development and testing.
- Coordinate with Production and Dispatch to ensure timely product delivery to customers.
