The ideal candidate must possess a valid Halal Executive certificate and be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia. Responsibilities include liaising with regulatory bodies and ensuring all factory operations meet Halal standards.

• Act as the company’s appointed Halal Executive and ensure full compliance with Halal requirements.
• Handle and maintain all matters related to Halal compliance, documentation, and SOP.
• Liaise with JAKIM / JAIS / Halal consultants when required.
• Ensure factory operations comply with Halal standards, hygiene, and food safety requirements.
• Monitor raw materials, suppliers, storage, and production process to ensure Halal integrity.
• Assist in Halal audit preparation, internal audit, and corrective actions.
• Based in HQ as General Supervisor, overseeing daily operations and staff discipline.
• Coordinate with management on operational issues and improvements.
• Perform other adhoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• MUST Possess valid Halal Executive certificate / license.
• Able to work part-time or full-time.
• Willing to be based at factory (HQ PUNCAK ALAM)
• Responsible, task-oriented, and able to supervise staff.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia
