Job summary

A leading hospitality group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Agent to ensure smooth front desk operations. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to guests, managing check-ins, check-outs, and billing processes. Required qualifications include a diploma in hospitality and proficiency in English and Malay. This position is open only to Malaysian citizens and Permanent Residents.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a guest service role; fresh graduates with a strong interest in hospitality are welcome.
  • Willing to work shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to guest stays.

Skills

Proficient in oral and written English
