Responsibilities

• Welcoming passengers on board and guiding them to their seats.
• Providing information on safety procedures to passengers.

• Making in-flight announcements on behalf of the pilot and addressing passenger queries.
• Serving meals and refreshments, as well as selling duty‑free items.
• Advising passengers on any baggage restrictions at their destination.
