Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare, check, and finalize print-ready artwork files for digital printing

• Operate and assist in daily production using digital printing machines (e.g. Konica Minolta, Canon)

• Perform basic colour checking, layout adjustment, and file troubleshooting before printing

• Coordinate with production team to ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time

• Follow internal SOP for file handling, printing, and quality control

• Assist in other design or production-related tasks when required

• 处理、检查并完成数码印刷用的印前文件（print-ready file）

• 操作及协助日常数码印刷生产（如 Konica Minolta、Canon 等设备）

• 进行基本的颜色检查、版面调整及文件问题排查

• 与生产团队配合，确保订单准确并按时完成

• 按照公司 SOP 进行文件处理、印刷及品质管控

• 视需要协助其他设计或生产相关工作

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Printing Technology, or related field

• Familiar with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and basic file setup for printing

• Basic understanding of colour modes, bleed, trimming, and print layouts

• Willing to learn and operate digital printing machines (training provided)

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to follow instructions

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
