Job description

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at One International Exhibition Sdn Bhd. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and impactful designs for our various exhibitions and events. This is a full-time position based in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur.

What you'll be doing

Assist in the creation and development of event-related designs, including floor plans, signage, promotional materials, digital assets, videos and presentations.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visually engaging designs.

Ensuring all designs adhere to the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.

Prepare final design files for print and digital production.

Collaborate with the production team and external vendors to ensure accurate execution and delivery of design elements within project timelines.

Support in coordinating design-related operations and provide on-site assistance during the events.

What we're looking for

A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design role, preferably within the advertising, arts, media and event industry.

Proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills, with the ability to develop visually and logically appealing designs.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.

Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Candidate fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin speaking suppliers/customers.
