Role Description
We are hiring a Graphic Designer to create visually compelling designs and animations that enhance our digital presence and engage our audience. This role focuses on executing high-quality visual content while contributing creative ideas that support our brand and marketing goals.
This role works closely with Marketing and Product teams on a day-to-day basis to transform concepts and messaging into impactful visual assets across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design stunning visuals and animations for digital platforms, enhancing user engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing, content and product teams to ensure visuals effectively communicate our message and align with our brand's goals.
- Develop high-quality visual content for multiple platforms, utilizing modern design trends and tools to deliver impactful, brand‑aligned work.
- Uphold and evolve the brand’s visual identity to maintain consistency and cohesiveness across all visual content.
- Stay current with emerging design trends, creative AI tools, and best practices, and proactively introduce innovations that improve efficiency and quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a tech or digital marketing environment.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills and creative thinking.
- Knowledge of best practices in web design and experience with responsive web design.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with an ability to clearly explain complex visual ideas verbally and in writing.
- A team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience with no-code web builders (webflow, framer, builder.io) and animation is preferred.
